Privacy Policy — Rememble

Rememble (“we,” “our,” “the app”) is operated by Chill Tech Enterprises LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

Account information

• Email address (required to create an account and enable sync)

Memory content

• The text of notes, reminders, and memories you save
• Extracted dates and categories the AI generates from your content

Voice recordings

• Audio you capture through the microphone is transcribed on-device (iOS: Apple Speech; Android: Google Speech) or streamed briefly to our transcription endpoint for browser-based use. The audio itself is not retained after transcription completes.

Technical data

• Basic error logs (no personal content)
• Device type and OS version (for support)

What we do not collect

• Location
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers
• Health, financial, or sensitive personal information
• Any tracking data used for advertising

How we use your data

• To deliver core app functionality (save, search, categorize, remind)
• To sync your memories across your devices when you sign in
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account changes) — never marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or profiling.

AI processing

To categorize your memories and extract dates, we send the text you save to the Anthropic API. Anthropic does not use API content to train models. Your memories are transient in that pipeline — Anthropic processes and returns; we store the result.

Subscriptions

Rememble Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Purchases are processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We never see or store your payment details. We receive only your subscription status and an anonymous subscriber identifier so the app knows whether your account has Plus access.

Data storage

• Memories are stored encrypted at rest in our database (hosted on Railway, EU West region).
• Transmission uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Sessions use HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=None cookies.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Export all your data from Settings → Export
• Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account
• Contact us at connor@tlservices.net for any request under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws

We respond to deletion and access requests within 30 days.

Children

Rememble is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app.
